HPLC SYSTEM
Consists of one each UV/Vis diode ray detector, analytical pump, gradient box,
column oven, analytical/semi-preparative injection valve with sample loop,
software, column and set of accessories.
The analytical UV-VIS diode array detector measures at eight wavelengths
simultaneously or full scan with speed up to 100Hz. This unit is used in liquid
chromatography to verify analysed samples. High standard deuterium discharge
lamp in a special socket enables easy exchange from front panel. Also includes
halogen lamp. Detector can be controlled by Clarity or ECOMAC software.
Three selectable flow cells with optical path length 2.4, 5 and 10mm may be used.
The 5mm cell is included as component of the detector. Other cells are available
on request. Clarity PDA module support for 3D measurement.

The analytical HPLC pump works as isocratic pump and together with gradient box
with degasser also as gradient pump. It is suited for analytical applications in liquid
chromatography. It is designed with main and auxiliary pump heads connected in
series with a piston diameter of 1/8”.
This unit allows achieving a precise low-pressure gradient, i.e. gradual changes of
solvent composition by mixing up to four liquids at the pump’s entry. It is also
possible to predefine percentage of composition when using the pump in isocratic
mode. The gradient profile can be defined from a computer. The pump is supported
by ECOMAC and Clarity software.

The Peltier heating/cooling column oven with a big compartment room can
accommodate up to 3 columns with a length up to 25cm. Unit is controlled by C26-3000 part - HPLC Pump
keypad, RS232 or Ethernet(LAN) interface. Precise temperature control enhances
separation and reproducibility and improves the quality of analysis. Usage of Peltier
technology offers the possibility of heating and cooling, providing complete
independence from the room temperature. With its built-in leak alarm it is a safe,
accurate and flexible choice.
