CRYOGENIC STORAGE VIALS
Feature a co-moulded screw cap that combines polyethylene with a thermoplastic
elastomer (TPE), eliminating silicone O-rings for a safer sample storage
environment. Cap design provides a secure seal on the inside of the vial, makes
gripping the outside of the cap easier, and works well with automatic de-capper
machines. Caps are offered with external (reduces potential for cross-
contamination) or internal threaded (smaller diameter cap maximises tube storage
in racks and boxes) configurations. Multicoloured cap inserts (not included) are
available to aid in visual identification.
Vials are available with round or self-standing skirted bottoms. A special locking
system on the bottom of each skirted vial interlocks to a cryogenic rack (not
included) for easy one-handed manipulation.
The vials are manufactured in an ISO Class 7 clean room in accordance with FDA,
GMP, and ISO quality standards. Sterilised by gamma irradiation, they are packaged
in re-sealable bags of 50. They are also certified to be DNase, RNase, pyrogen, ATP

Multi-coloured cap inserts aid sample identification. They snap easily into place on
both internally and externally threaded caps.

CRYOGENIC VIAL WORKSTATION RACK
Securely holds up to 40 self-standing cryogenic vials. Unique locking design of wells
allows for one-handed opening and closing of caps. Constructed of autoclavable C32-3165
polypropylene.

ALUMINIUM CRYO-CANES
Aluminium cryo-canes are used to store cryogenic vials in Dewar or liquid nitrogen
tanks. They accommodate most cryogenic vials in sizes 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8 or 2.0ml
sizes. Each cane accommodates 5 vials. Available in two styles: with or without vial
platforms. Dimensions: 289 x 12.8 x 8.4mm. Pack/12.
