TRINOCULAR MICROSCOPE, EPI-FLUORESCENCE
Trinocular microscope for epi-fluorescence with HBO 100W illumination. Epi-
fluorescence attachment features a fluorescent filter turnplate adapter with 5
positions: Neutral (brightfield); UV (ultraviolet) excitation filter 330-400nm,
barrier filter 425nm; V (violet) excitation filter 395-415nm, barrier filter 455nm; B
(blue) excitation filter 420-485nm, barrier filter 520nm; G (green) excitation filter
460-550nm and barrier filter 580nm. Trinocular optical head, including vertical
photo/video port (diam. 30mm), interpupillary distance adjustment (Siedentopf
type) 55 to 75mm, dioptric compensation on one eyepiece. Quintuple reversed
nosepiece, revolving, with click stop. Coaxial coarse and fine focusing. Pre-
condenser with field diaphragm, brightfield NA 0.90 Abbe condenser (1.25 oil), rack
and pinion focusable, with iris diaphragm and filter holder, centrable through a
centring device. Built-in mechanical stage and slide clip, surface area 210 x 140mm,
90mm transversal movement, 60mm longitudinal movement, both under fingertip
control, nonius reading up to 0.1mm. Brightfield Halogen illumination system,
6V/30W, with built-in low voltage converter and light intensity control. Reflected
illumination system, high pressure mercury bulb, HBO 100W. Supplied with blue
and green filter, 1 spare bulb, 2 spare fuses, immersion oil, external lamp house
and power supply (for fluorescent attachment) with connecting cable, Anti-UV
protection screen, soft rubber eyecups, power cable, cleaning kit, dust cover and
instruction manual.

TRINOCULAR MICROSCOPE, WITH LED, REFLECTED EPI-FLUORESCENCE
Trinocular inverted biological microscope with LED epi-fluorescence attachment is
specially designed for both brightfield viewing and the fluorescent examination of
samples.
Features a trinocular optical head, with vertical photo port and a beam splitting
prism, inclined at 30º, has interpupillary adjustment (Siedentopf type) from 55 to
75mm, dioptric compensation on one eyepiece tube and a quintuple, reversed
nosepiece.
This model has 3W LED Köhler with intensity control transmitted light system and
in addition has an external 3.6W LED Köhler with intensity control reflected light
system. The fluorescent attachment consists of a fluorescent filter turnplate with 5
positions.
Supplied with blue and green filter, 2 spare fuses, immersion oil (10ml), soft rubber
eyecups, dust cover, and instruction manual.
