SWIFTLOCK COMPACT SEMI-PORTABLE AUTOCLAVES
Semi­portable autoclaves; front loading models are bench top, top loading model
is mounted on castors. Suitable for a wide range of applications from media
preparation to instrument and discard sterilisation.
Features new 122 x 94mm colour touch screen control system, with 5 (optional 50)
programs. Provides continuous graphical on­screen display of cycle progress,
including temperature and pressure channels, and status reporting and fault­finding
assistance. The factory pre­loaded programs can be used straight­away or modified
to suit particular needs and each program can be given a ‘Name’ for easy
recognition. Data communication to a PC is possible during each cycle.
Also features automatic water fill via an integral reservoir (which means no
plumbing is required), water recycling as standard, integral drying system, simple
action door lock mechanism, stainless steel (type 316L) pressure vessel. Safety
features include low water detection in chamber, overheat protection, audible and
visual alarms, pressure interlock on door and cooling locks for fluid cycles.
Temperature range 100º to 138ºC (0.2­2.4 bar). Conforms with current UK and
international safety requirements. For 220 ­ 240V a.c. single phase supplies.
