SWIFTLOCK AUTOCLAVES, VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL
Top loading or front loading microprocessor controlled autoclaves.

Features new 122 x 94mm colour touch screen control system, with 5 (optional 50)
programs. Provides continuous graphical on­screen display of cycle progress;
including temperature and pressure channels, and status reporting and fault­finding
assistance. The factory pre­loaded programs can be used straight away or modified
to suit particular needs. Each program can be given a ‘Name’ for easy recognition.
All aspects of programming and operation are performed using simple menus.
Access to change programs and other functions are controlled by PIN numbers
entered on the virtual keypad on the touch­screen. Data communication to a PC is
possible during each cycle.

Also features a hold warm facility for media preparation, single action door lock
mechanism, timed freesteaming and stainless steel (type 316L) pressure vessel.
Comprehensive range of safety features including cooling locks for the safe
sterilisation of liquids.
Temperature range 100º to 138ºC (0.2­2.4 bar).
Conforms with current UK and international safety requirements. C11­1435 et seq.closed
For 220 ­ 240V a.c. single phase supplies.
Can be operated on 380­440V 3 phase supplies (must be factory fitted), in which
case the power rating is 10kW.
Requires a cold water supply of 2 to 6 bar minimum, 4 L/min is required for Autofill
option.
