FURNACES, ASHING, 1100°C, NABERTHERM
A range of furnace especially designed for ashing in the laboratory. A special air
intake and exhaust system allows air exchange of more than 6 times per minute.
Incoming air is preheated to ensure good temperature uniformity. Dual shell
housing made of sheets of textured stainless steel for low external temperatures
and stability. Heating is from two sides by ceramic heating plates with integral
heating element which is safeguarded against fumes and splashing, and easy to
replace. Insulation is made of non-classified fibre material. Solid state relays provide
for low-noise operation. Solid state relays provide for low-noise operation. Equipped
with a flap door which can be used as work platform. The controller is a B410
standard controller with four programs and five freely programmable ramps, with
integrated USB interface and plain text display in different languages. Available with
a lift door so that hot surface faces away from the operator or alternatively a flap
door which can be used as work platform . For 220 - 240V a.c. single phase supplies.

An economy range of furnaces for general use, with simple to use functions and
robust construction. Ideal for use within general laboratories, education
authorities and research institutes. Maximum operating temperature of 1100ºC.
Features a wire round ceramic muffle chamber for excellent temperature
uniformity and smooth durable inner surface. Door opens vertically to ensure
the hot surface is away from the operator at all times. Safety switch turns off
power to the elements when the door is opened. Type ‘K’ temperature sensor.
High quality low thermal mass insulation incorporating a double skin case
ensuring low outer surface temperatures. Powder coated exterior. Stainless steel
chimney for venting excess fumes. For 220 - 240V a.c. single phase supplies.
