INCUBATORS, LARGE CAPACITY, TOUCHSCREEN DIGITAL CONTROL
Large capacity multi-purpose incubators suitable for incubation, research and
general laboratory applications. Powder coated sheet steel exterior with aluminium
(CLAD) mild steel coated interior. Each unit is supplied with fixed shelf runners and
removable chrome plated wire grid shelves. Available in either horizontal or vertical
models. Vertical units are fitted with single doors, the horizontal units are fitted
with double doors. Heated by Incoloy sheathed elements positioned in the side fan
duct for all units (apart from C45­3500 and C45­3505 which have a base fan duct).
Features include fan assisted circulation, 3.2” colour interface, user configurable
screen, on screen trending up to 48 hours, intuitive alarm system, 8 stage profile
control, 5000 minutes count down timer, real time clock operations, excellent
accuracies and stability, integral independent overheat monitor and manual or
automatic alarm resets.
The control system is mounted on the side (apart from C45­3500 and C45­3505
which are fitted in the base) and is comprised of a bespoke touch screen interface
that offers both accurate temperature control and an integral overheat system using
2 individual Pt100 sensors. Advanced features can be turned on and off to suit C45-3510 et seq. front view
bespoke heating applications and tailored to customer preference. Oven trending
is displayed for up to 48 hours. For 220 - 240V a.c. single phase supplies. C.E.
compliant.
