Automated steam distillation system, micro-processor controlled, with external
titrator, offering a complete analysis system. The distillation system offers a
complete program run for a reliable analysis. The following functions are all
programmable: automatic addition of NaOH, H2O and H3BO3, distillation time,
reaction time, steam power, 10–100%, and suction of sample residue. Equipped
with embedded PC and 7” TFT touch display. Suitable for all laboratories with a
varied sample throughput. It can be used with different sizes of digestion tubes and
Kjeldahl flask.
Features include: Favourite method menu and easy menu navigation, safety door,
steam soft start, user accounts with different levels, comprehensive documentation
and log function, data export (e.g. to LIMS), language selection and tamper-free
documentation.
Supplied complete with tubing set, buffers and electrolyte solution.

KJELDAHL FULLY AUTOMATED ANALYSIS SYSTEM, INTEGRATED TITRATION
Specially developed for users in high-throughput laboratories. Performs Kjeldahl
nitrogen determination as well as steam distillation of volatile substances. Result
calculation and data transfer are carried out automatically. The high-precision
micro-dosing pump and the software are perfectly matched. Fully integrated with
network-compatible data and process management via LAN. Devices such as
printers, scales, LIMS, bar code scanners etc. can be connected to the dashboard.
Data can be imported and exported to and from LIMS. (PC and printer are not
included.)
The following functions are automatic: addition of NaOH, H2O and H3BO3, transfer
of sample data to LIMS from all conventional peripheral equipment, extraction of
samples/receivers, calculation of results and check of chemical reservoir.
The following functions are programmable: distillation time, reaction time and
methods.
The integrated titration unit evaluates the analysis by means of a pH combined
electrode and potentiometric automatic endpoint determination. The titration
solution is dosed using an almost wear-free, high-precision calibratable micro dosing
pump.
Supplied complete with tubing set, buffers and electrolyte solution.
When used with C45­8550 it is a powerful complete solution for Kjeldahl digestion
and analysis.
