SEMI-AUTOMATIC KJELDAHL DISTILLATION SYSTEM
Provides a simple and reliable solution for safe and semi-automatic distillation for
protein determination. The possibility to pre-program alkali addition and distillation
time supports the production of accurate results independent of operator.
Comprising of: Kjeltec 2100 distillation unit, set/10 250ml receiver flasks, handling
device for digestion tubes, selection of catalysts, digestion system, exhaust for
digestion system, set/8 digestion tubes, bench top scrubber unit and PM kit for 2
years use of the system.

AUTOMATIC KJELDAHL ANALYSER
This fully automated Kjeldahl analyser is a highly versatile distillation and titration
instrument with advanced digital capabilities. Features fully automated batch
handling it is possible to analyse up to 60 samples unattended and up to 240
samples in 24 hours. SAfE mode ensures safety by reducing the risk of chemical
spillage while minimising cleaning and maintenance.
The system is based on colorimetric measurement of a precise chemical reaction
for end-point detection in protein determination. Ensures optimal throughput and
the highest safety standards for use in any laboratory. It is verified against official
standards such as AOAC, EPA, DIN, GB and ISO for simplified validation.
Supplied complete with 1 x standard accessory kit, 1 x handling device for digestion
tube, 1 x 250ml and 1 x 100ml digestion tubes, 1 x set/3 adapters (250ml, 400ml,
700ml), 1 x set tanks with level sensors for waste, receiver, alkali and water, quick
guide and safety manual. Required tubing, cables, clamps, adapters and connectors,
valves, caps etc are also included.
