WATER STILL, BIBBY MODEL DISTINCTION D4000
Economically priced still, ideal for schools and colleges. Uses unique condenser and
boiler system in Pyrex glass which, with the silica sheathed 3kW heating element,
gives a very high quality distillate. Easy and safe to use, the still has automatic safety
devices to prevent overheating. Two independent thermal cut-outs shut off the
power to the still in the event of coolant water failure or low boiler level. The boiler
can be drained and cleaned without dismantling the glassware. Stand is pre-drilled
to facilitate wall mounting.
