An extremely high signal intensity and stable light output for low femtogram
detection level. The formulation provides a low background for a high signal to noise
ratio. Consists of: mini gel tank system with caster (C37­6280 excluding additional
casting unit), blue wide range protein ladder (10-245kDa), 1 litre tris-glycine SDS
10X, 300V, 3000mA, 300W high current power supply, 10 x 10cm semi dry mini
system, 28 cm x 3m roll PVDF, pack/50 10 x 10cm 0.22µm blot-absorbent filter
paper, 10cm acrylic roller (C37­6330) for western blotting, 500ml western blocking
solution and signal enhancer and ECL substrate kit (consisting of: 50ml
luminol/enhancer solution and 50ml peroxide solution).

DNA EXPERIMENT KIT
This simple kit will enable you to teach the principles behind gel electrophoresis.
The kit contains five DNA samples labelled A to E, two of which are identical, with
enough reagents to run two sets of six gels. The students will be able to run their
own agarose gel and view the DNA after the samples have migrated through the
gel. The DNA samples can be viewed on a standard UV transilluminator or using the
totally sage blue light LED devices. Complete with agarose powder, electrophoresis
buffer and mini fixed volume pipette.
Stable for up to 6 months at room temperature and 12 months if kept in the fridge
at 4°C
